Thomas Lai hold an MBA in TQM from Newport University, USA. He is a certified Emotional Intelligence and Process Communication Model ® trainer and is also a member of the International Transactional Analysis Association.

He started QS Plus Consultancy as its Principal Consultant, offering skill builder training in behavioral leadership, personality-based communication and customer engagement practices. He has trained employees from the financial and investment bank services, healthcare, education, armed forces, tele-communication, retail, oil and gas in Malaysia and Singapore. He has consulted on customer practices for firms from the insurance, call centers and B2B sectors.

Before starting QS Plus Consultancy, Thomas Lai was with OSK investment Bank as their training manager where his responsibilities include organizing CPE courses and conducting in-house competencies based training. Thomas has more than 25 years of experience as a corporate trainer and human resources practitioner having previously worked with a Singapore-based consulting firm and a national departmental store.
